Big wine tasting in London RAW 2018

What a great experience in my country to drink natural wine and in the center of London 5 min away from « Covert Garden » and the Thames. Very surprised but London is full nice places to eat and drink natural wines.
Starting with one of my favorites Laurent Herlin from Bourgueil. I’m not the biggest fan of cabernet franc the vinification of Laurent has a way of really not giving you that “red pepper “effect. English love something that’s there can connect to the wine “Frostman” the picture of PACMAN screams 80cs nostalgia and they love it!
Stopping bye to say hello (and a drink ) Aurelie « Geschickt » from Alsace an absolute delight. Didn’t bring many wine with her but of course the wine “Obi-Wine” had a lot of success at the wine fair because of its very approachable name.
Following by Jolly Ferriol now that was a fist for me and OMG what a lovely surprise, their wines have such a beautiful aroma and the golden oxydatif has a whiskey feel to it that’s incredible. Thank you very much Isabelle!
Meeting Vivien from « Clos des Jarres » very happy to tast her wine because it was so good the freshness of them to my breath away. Nice surprise! Thank you Vivien
And of course Phillippe Maffre « Bois Moisset » witch I consider much more for a structured wine, full of fruit, intense and could be associated maybe with a Sunday roast or a nice piece of meat !
