La 29ème Vendange de Dominique Derain 2018 -no2
29年目の収穫のドミニック・ドラン。樽造り屋で５年修業、１０年の醸造元での修業を経て、
1988年に葡萄園を買った。
最初の収穫は89年。最初から自然栽培。ブルゴーニュではヴィオディナミ農法のレジェンド。
気さくな性格なので、多くの若手醸造家が集まってくる。ここから羽ばたいた醸造家が多い。
